Small School, Individualized Education, Limited Enrollment

Our philosophy and mission dictate a small school community.  Because of this, we limit our enrollment for all of our programs and campuses.  Maintaining a small, diverse community allows us to serve each student as an individual.  We know and understand each of our students.  We are proud of this and it is the cornerstone of our success.  The Howard Gardner School is committed to maintaining a small school environment.

Rolling Admissions to Serve Our Mission

Implied in our mission is the need to help provide the right educational environment for students regardless of when they are seeking it.  To that end, we accept applications and enrollment throughout the year.  Many of our students follow a more typical application timeline, beginning the search in the fall months, applying in the early spring, and joining HGS the following school year.  Some of our students and families are looking for more immediate placement.  We work hard to accommodate these situations.  Please inquire about enrollment at any time during the year, and we will do our best to help.

Tuition 

As an independent school, we are funded by tuition dollars and contributions.  We strive to create a community that has a diversity of thought, background, spirituality, culture, and socio-economics.  More than 40% of our students receive need-based financial aid.  Please call or write with any questions about affording the independent education that your student needs.

There are no additional fees.
